Chocolate and coffee soufflé


soft cottage cheese 5% 180 gr (consistency like sour cream, not crumbly!)
milk 1% 200 ml
gelatin 15 gr, instant
instant coffee 1 tsp
cocoa 1 tsp
sweetener to taste

Cooking :

  1. Add gelatin and coffee to milk, heat over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, do not boil!
  2. Mix soft cottage cheese, sweetener, cocoa and add milk with gelatin, beat with a mixer or blender, pour into molds.
  3. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until completely solidified.
