soft cottage cheese 5% 180 gr (consistency like sour cream, not crumbly!)
milk 1% 200 ml
gelatin 15 gr, instant
instant coffee 1 tsp
cocoa 1 tsp
sweetener to taste
- Add gelatin and coffee to milk, heat over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, do not boil!
- Mix soft cottage cheese, sweetener, cocoa and add milk with gelatin, beat with a mixer or blender, pour into molds.
- Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until completely solidified.
