Italian gluten free bread


Water – 150 ml
Sugar – 1 tsp
Yeast – 1 tsp
Yogurt – 100 g
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Gluten free flour – 300 g
Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp. in the dough and how much is not a pity for a cake


Knead the dough and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
Divide into 2 parts.
Add cheese, tomatoes, olives, Italian herb mix and olive oil.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
