6 large lemon bodies( tips separated)
pound button mushrooms
Large onion
Bell pepper
Celery
Garlic
Flesh seasoning
Garlic greasepaint
Onion greasepaint
swab
Pepper
Dried basil
Oregano
funk stock
Cream of mushroom haze
Cream of funk haze
Direction
Preheat roaster to 400 °
Season lemon bodies with swab, pepper, garlic and onion greasepaint, flesh seasoning, basil, and oregano. cover baking visage with a small quantum of EVOO and add mushrooms, diced onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic to cover the bottom of the visage. Place lemon bodies on top of the vegetable skin side down, wrap tightly with antipode and place in the roaster for 1 hour.
Remove from roaster and add1/2 mug funk stock, replace antipode and singe another 45 twinkles.
Remove visage from roaster and pour utmost of the liquid, including vegetables into a saucepan.
Turn the bodies over skin side over and replace in the roaster UNCOVERED on melee for 20 twinkles( skin will get brown and slightly crisp) The texture is everything!
In the saucepan with the drippings, add 1 can cream of mushroom haze and1/2 can cream of funk haze.( Add spices to taste) poach for 10 twinkles also pour over the lemon bodies. Cover with antipode
