POTATO Airs Do not Lose This
3 mugs of mashed potatoes
1/3 mug sour cream( voluntary redundant for serving)
1 heaping mug tattered sharp cheddar rubbish
2 soupspoons grated Parmesan
2 soupspoons diced chives or parsley
Swab and black pepper, to taste
1- Preheat roaster to 400 degreesF.
2- smoothly grease with adulation 8- 9 of the wells of a nonstick muffin visage.
3- In a medium mixing coliseum whisk the eggs also mix in the sour cream. Stir in both crapola
and the chives. Add potatoes and mix well.
4- ladle them into the visage filling the mugs to slightly below the top.
5- Singe 25- 35 twinkles until they pull down from the sides of the mug and are golden brown. Remove from roaster and let them cool 5 twinkles in visage. Serve with sour cream if asked
