California Pasta Salad

°375g Bistro Tricolor Rotini Bag

°8 ounces (250g) grated Surimi crab

°1 cup (250ml) chopped option

°2 green onions sliced

°1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil

°2 tbsp soy sauce

°2 tbsp rice vinegar

°1 C (15 ml) chop ginger

°1/2 tsp (10 ml) roast sesame seeds

°1 C (5 ml) sesame oil

°avocado cut into cubes

° 1 Nori sheet, roast & coarsely chop


Step 1

Cooking pasta according to packaging instructions. Cold water drainage & rinsing; Set apart in  bowl. Adding sorimi, cucumber & green onion; Stirring to pasta.

Phase II

Whisk in canola oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Gently pour the sauce over the pasta salad and toss to coat.

Step 3

Put it on a large serving dish. Garnish with avocado and grilled nori before serving.
