Raj Koothrappali’s real Manhattan apartment is up for grabs.
Kunal Nayyar – the 42-year-old English actor best known for playing the bromantic astrophysicist on CBS’s “The Big Bang Theory” – and his wife, the model Neha Kapur, are selling their relatively humble NoMad apartment.
The Fifth Avenue penthouse is listed for $2.8 million on Sotheby’s International Realty.
“The owners bought the apartment when Kunal was here to perform in a play,” agent J. Eric Becker, who manages the property with fellow Sotheby’s agent Alison Glestein, told The Post.
His popular TV show, meanwhile, ran from 2007 to 2019.
The one-bedroom duplex has two bathrooms and a 40-square-meter landscaped terrace that creates “an urban oasis” amid the manic bustle of the city, Becker added.
Located on the top floor of the 117-year-old, 13-story Grand Madison—once the Brunswick Hotel—the unit is thoroughly modern, but the landmark building’s facade still exudes Renaissance-style charm.
On the lower level, there’s a modest foyer and the first of two bathrooms, a “bonus room” that, according to the floor plan, could serve as a study or guest bedroom, and the expansive living room – in one corner of which the kitchen is equipped with Viking- appliances and a Bosch dishwasher.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite marble bath and two closets, and direct access to the expansive roof terrace.
There is also an in-unit washer/dryer and central air.
In terms of building amenities, there is a gym, 24-hour doorman, on-site dry cleaner and tailor, housekeeping and a full-time supervisor.
Nayyar, who describes himself as a true nerd both on air and on air, and who hails from New Delhi, India, has also voiced several animated characters including in a Nickelodeon sitcom and in the “Ice Age” franchises and “Troll”.
His wife Neha, 39, was also born in New Delhi and is a beauty queen who has represented India in the Miss Universe pageant.
